That unpaid care equals 18 percent of our national health care spending and these numbers are set to increase drastically.

Whether you are a parent struggling to care for a special needs child or a child now preparing to care for an older parent the role of caregiver is extremely stressful. The complexities of personal, health and financial challenges that accompany caring for a family member or friend can destroy families and friendships. It is extremely important that you manage your own physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
